Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
● Be unused and in its original condition.
● Be returned in its original packaging.
● Include proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
● Custom or personalized products.
● Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
● Items returned after the 14-day return period.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer:
● A replacement product, or
● A full refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
