What material are your products made from?
All our products are made from premium PLA (Polylactic Acid), a high-quality, plant-based bioplastic. It is durable, lightweight, and produces a beautiful matte finish.
Are your products waterproof?
Our vases and planters are suitable for dry flowers and artificial plants. For fresh flowers, we recommend using a glass or plastic inner tube/liner to hold water, as prolonged water contact may affect the material over time.
How durable are 3D printed products?
Our products are designed for indoor use and are highly durable under normal conditions. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high heat (above 50°C), or outdoor environments.
How do I clean my BiancoVerde3D.Studio piece?
Simply wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or submerging in water.
Orders & Production
Are your products made to order?
Yes — every piece is individually produced at our Cheshire studio after your order is placed. This ensures the highest quality and means no two pieces are exactly alike.
How long does production take?
Most pieces take 3–5 business days to produce before dispatch. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on its way.
Can I request a custom colour or size?
We occasionally accept custom commissions. Please contact us at our Contact page to discuss your requirements.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 38 countries. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on custom pieces. Please visit our Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
